You're in luck, since this is a simple fix.

First, restart. The client won't show up until you have rebooted your system.

Next, go back to your LAN properties and click on the "Install..." button. Double click on "Client" and choose "Client for Microsoft Networks." Click Ok and reboot your computer.

Click the start, control panel, network and dialup connections.

Right on your Network Connection and select the properties tab.

Click the add button then the client list.

Select Client for Microsoft Networks and install.

    Good luck.
