I accept with information:1. Restart your pc.
2. Click F8 constantly to get to the boot menu.
3. Select Safe Mode.
4. Login to default administrator account. (I'm not responsible for users that create a password for this account)
5. Create yourself a new admin account with a password.(Click start, control panel, user accounts).
6. Reboot.
7. Start up normally.
8. Login into the new admin account.
9. Click start, run and then type in cmd. (in this order)
10. Click enter and wait for command prompt dialog box to appear.
11. Type in net user (as it appears here)
