Twitter beats media in reporting breaking news

Twitter rocks.

I have heard a lot about twitter but never got the time to check it out.

Well yeah Twitter is spreading their wings now and I am sure they will soon dominate the internet world.

It's been interesting to see election Twitters today in the U.S.

Well doesn't this make complete sense. In order for the media to report something, they not only have to gather and verify sources, but then also publish it through some authorized medium. Sure twitter will be faster, but it won't always be as accurate. But then again, with the media and it's bias--who knows which will be more accurate. It's definitely positive to see the breaking news being brought back into the people's hands!
