    * Go for a walk daily
    * Do some exercise
    * Do rope skipping
    * Eat fat free things

    There are many ways with which you can control your body weight, however, to lose its gonna take your time as well as patience. The best way to lose weight is to eat only home cooked food, to exercise regularly, avoid junk food, avoid drinking alcohol and drink lots of green tea as well as water.
