    The best suggestion for healthier lifestyle is Yoga
    My every morning starts with yoga and trust me it helps a lot

    You want to lose weight than
    1.Do yoga exercise daily in morning.
    2.Take fruit,green vegetables.
    3.Avoid junk foods and oily foods.
    4.Drink more water in the day.

    2: You have to exercise every day

    morning or evening walk is the best solution for weight loss.... do not eat any kind of medicine or use any product for weight loss.... just walk and walk and see results in few days..

    These are some tips for Weight Loss :

    Pack nutritious snacks.
    Eat slowly and calmly.
    Use nonfat powdered milk in coffee.
    Be patient and persevere.

    There are some easiest ways to lose your weight naturally. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid smoking and taking a drugs. Walk at least 45 minutes early in the morning. Do not eat fatty and sugary foods. Take enough sleep in night.
