i have just agreed to sell my phone to some one on ebay! they are very keen howenver as i am new to ebay and paypal im not 100% on how it works when it comes them paying me my money! i ahve recieved a message from pay pal sayin the money has been payed in, when i go to my bank the money is not there... how long does it take??? also when i go to post offices to post it they turn me down because the parcel is bein sent to nigeria!!....ive heard this may be a scam???
