all sports are better but choosing sports that physically tire you are better. i love Basketball a lot, and feel that is the best of all. Each one will have different opinion rather.

all sports are better but choosing sports that physically tire you are better. i love Basketball a lot, and feel that is the best of all. Each one will have different opinion rather.
any cardiovascular exercise is good for the heart and circulatory system. examples of cardio are swimming, running, skipping etc. Exercise like boxing which is mainly anaerobic is good too.
weight bearing exercise is good to improve muscle mass and bone density.
