Problem: An individual has parkinsons and is bedridden 75% of the time, without the ability to move. The other 25% of the time thier medication allows them movement with dificulty, even the ability to use a walker. Thier spouse takes care of them and both are elderly. If the spouse becomes incapacitated, then the parkinsons patient is alone and without any help. They have few if any visitors and no family nearby. The parkinsons patient cannot dial a phone or even use one of those necklace transmitters to call for help when bedridden. How can this person communicate to the outside world if they need help? Is there a technology one can use? Please Help.
