    I have heard in the that Randy Parton (Dolly's brother) has had theme parks or theatres that was closed in the past. Could someone tell me if this is true?

    yes. he had one in Roanoke Rapids, NC named the Randy Parton Theatre. He mismanaged money, spent government money on liquor and was drunk a lot. They just recently removed his name because he didn't live up to his promises.
