Responsibilities
Analyze Level 3 production tickets and determine the type of resolution needed.
Develop fixes for the production problems, Unit test the code, document unit test results.
Use Rational tools like Clearcase and Clearquest to check in-check out code.
Create and Update Technical Design Documents.
Follow the production break fix process to update Manage Now Tickets and Clearquest PMRs.
Interact with Functional consultants and customer to understand the impact of proposed changes.

Qualifications

4-7 years of hands on experience in PL/SQL and AR/AP/GL Module of Oracle using Oracle Developer 2000 tools
Experience in development of RICEL components for Oracle financial project.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Positive attitude, strong mentoring skills, flexible.
