The current rate of signature depends on:
1. Forums (dofollow)
2. Quality of posts
So, choose wisely forums and make really nice and helpful posts. For posting like "thanks for sharing this info", "great post" or something like this no one will pay money. lol

Yes to sell signature links you need to have a minimum of 15 posts on the forum..

The current rate of signature links depends on how much someone is willing to spend, how often you post on a site and how many posts you currently have in total.

Same on the random off/on time like yourself but I do see a post count which is more than some others I have seen (on other sites) doing the same time.
