Hi can plz tell me that if i have a PR2 site and i want link from high PR site like PR 4,5,6 it is possible that high PR site exchange link with my site PR 2 rank....i think that if we can exchange link with High PR site then another site firstly chk ur PR if our site is not high PR site then another site not exchange link with our site.......so plz tell me is it possible that i want link from high PR site......

If you want to exchange links on the home page - it's imposable (99%), if it's inner pages - why not.
My website PR3 and when I exchange links on resources pages, I do not care about PR of the main page (it can be 0 or 5)

lot of them wont do that but if you lucky, you can always find people doing that so keep trying..

Just employ some nice tools to find some free for yourself. I don't think link-exchange is time saving job!

High pr site wouldn't exchange links with low pr, especially PR>5.

some sites didn't want to exchange links because it is private but exchanging links is great way to have tons of backlinks.
