this is my job at the minute

While its something that people instinctively want to outsource to places like India/Philipines where labour is as cheap as £0.50 per hour, most of my clients come to me after already dealing with this type of "business" and they want someone with better people and management skills.

However, I myself outsource some of my work out, but nothing major or anything that could easily be £$%! up by some silly "me no speake engrish" 3rd world "online marketer"

I'd suggest handing out small jobs to various outsource people, not giving one person you outsource a big job worth big $$$ and time.
