    I used some online tools for checking inner page pr but they don't work anymore.

    I use a couple of tools to check backlinks. But Backlinkwatch and linkdiagnosis is what I use most.

    I believe the 'best' way is to download the indexed pages from yahoo site explorers (as TSV) or google webmaster tools. And then use digixmas bulk PR checker.
