I think this is the black hat SEO.

now a days links that are created by software's are getting banned or deleted!! So its better go through manual link building way!

All the software that we use for link building count as Black hat SEO, but in some software time line is possible where it shows that you did it manually.

Using software's for link building is not perfect for link building and my choice is manually link building.
