Buying links on thousands of blogs all at once

I don’t think link buying works as it is a “risky and short term option”. If you go out of money, these companies would withdraw their backlinks and ultimately your website will suffer for this. I would rather go for manual link building techniques which take time but give results. I would suggest you to go for link building techniques rather buying links from people because you cannot guarantee the authenticity of these links.
Few links from quality websites will help you in gaining SERPs while 1000 links from junk directories/sites will push you way behind.

I don't think that is a good idea.After all you will have a link(in the best case) in a page with hundred of outbound links.So...better I make by my self 2 blogs in wordpress and blogger,post them in 20 bookmarking sites and directories and I can be sure that I have just my links there.

The main problem is that once you don't have money the links are removed. That surely won't add to your web site.

I know of companies who buy links; however, they are individually selected websites. It is not about quantity as much as it is quality of the links.
