High PR backlinks are necessary to get high PR???
I am doing link building of my site but I can place links on pr1,pr2 sites .So is it possible to get PR in near google updation or I have to find PR4,5 sites and how can I get that for one way link building.

If you get a link from a high PR site, related to your theme and with less outbound links to dilute the PR, it can help you to gain more chance to increase PR.
If you have to get that kind of link, i guess you have to pay for it lol...

Not high PR backlinks are useful. Only Related website backlinks are useful in getting Good PR from Google. So, Concentrate on getting quality backlinks..
