Dofollow and Nofollow

I have not been pursuing "no follow" links thinking I was kind of wasting time but if I am understanding what you are saying, some of the search engines follow them anyway - Like Yahoo?
I am pretty new to this so any confirmation either way would be appreciated.If that is the case then it would help your page rank with those search engines, right?

Nofollow can also be backlinks to search engine and it is also important as dofollow too

No-follow links may not help in boosting search rankings, but if they're on good sites, they might still be useful from people actually clicking them, right?

Google has created algorithm such as Dofollow as well as no-follow. Whereas nofollow blogs are not edge by spiders, Dofollow blogs agree to search engine spiders to crawl.

Yes nofollow links are still being crawled but does't added any value.

So? Should we drop the no-follow sites??

nofollow is no value for PR.but it can add the backline.

NoFollow is a hyperlink inclusion that tells search engines not to pass on any credibility or influence to an outbound link.but every new blogger try to post there artcle,blogs etc in do follow it gives a more traffic.Excellent article. Now i understand more the difference between dofollow and nofollow. I will definitely be using dofollow more in future!
