Social bookmarking is the best way to get quality backlinks. And also it helps in generating traffic and quick indexing.

There are several ways to get quality link building such as directory submission, article submission, PR submission, Blog commenting in dofollow blogs, participation in Q&A to drop link etc.

there are many way to build links. Whatever method you like to do, just keep in mind that use organic way to building links because it has everlasting impact. You can do following:

- social bookmarking
- forum posting
- blog posting and commenting, etc.

Try to link to those site that Home Page's PR is high than your site

Link building means offpage submission and it is done by submission. U can do social bookmarking, directory submission, article submission and for that u have to find submission site list and submit ur content over there.
