Should it be Blog Commenting Or Forum Signatures?

Hello Forum members in here I need your opinions on this.
Between commenting on Dofollow blogs and posting in forums with Dofollow signature links, which one do you think will be able to give better quality backlinks to a site?
I personally think that forum signature will because most forums have high PR but there might be something that I'm still failing to figure out before concluding on this.
So I need you guys to also tell me what you think on this.

I prefer Forum Signatures because they can give us a good source of backlinks and they have a low percentage when it comes to bounce rate but Blog commenting can give us a Quality backlinks also why? because if that blog is do follow right...

I Prefer the Both. Both are useful for Getting the Back links and Useful for Improving the SERPs.

I vote for forum signature. I have some bad news from other forums that Google would omit the links from blog commenting blocks.

Dofollow blogs are heavily spammed, especially the high Pr ones.
So i prefer forum sigs.

Just do both. A mixed backlinking portfolio is better anyway.

If one is looking for instant results than surely forum signatures is what that should be ones first preference.......
