I hear a lot of people put down pr0 backlinks yet when I check my competition backlinks, they have links from tons of pr0 sites. It seems that a pr0 site can help establish your keyword ranking in serps if you use the right anchor text in your link. For example, if my anchor text is Asian Dating and I use those keywords in my backlink, even in tons of pr0 sites, it still helps establish my keyword ranking in google search.
Is this how others see it?

If you have enough PR0 links tied to anchor text you can rank high for most keywords. I usually rotate between forum post/blogs/profile links for this. Works great!

Back links is Useful for Getting the High Ranking and Getting the Good Traffic.
