I'm thinking of launching a site with a trademarked name squeezed into the middle of the url

I don't want to say what the product actually but let's pretend it is called "d-lock"

the website would be called "Cod Lockers" with url (www).codlockers.com and I would focus my SEO energy on a page called (www).codlockers.com/dlock

does this count as cybersquatting?
