You can hair graphic designers and image designer or you can purchase some image from them if you don’t want to hire them. Designers will create lot of images for your site so you can select them according to your need. Through this you can’t get any legal issues.

if you have download the images on internet some times copyright issue occur.first of all you read all the information about down load and rules and regulation and then download the images.you have permission about the owner download the images.Can not copy any images.

The safest way is to give them a link and proper attribution indicating that they are the owners of the images posted, not you. It would also help putting a disclaimer into your blog like for example, "Some of the images posted in this website are property of their respected owners." well, that's just an example though.
