I have had a few bumps with paypal my self. They just do wearied stuff sometimes. usually after a couple strange phone calls to them things get straightened out. You just need to learn from those mistakes and never do them again.
Sometimes it might mean completely changing the way you do business with paypal.

Here is what I am going to say: If there was nothing suspicious going on with your account, cashing payments for others, selling items against TOS, etc., you will not have any issues getting that money back. However, if there was something fishy going on even though you may not have participated directly in it and received the resulting funds from it, you will probably have trouble with them and have to go to court before you can get anything.

I have been using them since 2003 with no problems thus far but whenever i hear these kinds of stories it does make you wonder i try not to leave too much in the way of funds in my account just in case this happens to me.

The best thing is to provide all the information they want. But after you provide everything they will still freeze that money for 6 month and politely tell you that they would not like you anymore, as if you would stay there after all the crap.

Look up a lawyer in the Bar Association of your state. He may help you for the issue !

I contact to PayPal as i am not able to withdrawal money to my bank account and they says it will take time to solve the problem and Users need to wait till then OR they can get their amount on their Credit/Debit cards but i do not have Credit Card and I do not know how to your Debit card in PayPal so please let me know if any one knows the presses to use Debit card in PayPal

In my opinion.It's better to ask a lawyer to save you problem.You may also want to contact you State's Attorney Generals Office. Withholding your money MAY be a criminal violation.

Along with what they are recommending have you called and talked to them? they are great to work with on the phone.
