If a merchant account is holding my funds from my sales, do I have to report them as
income on my taxes? I do my online billing through www.ccnow.com. They are a 3rd party credit card processor merchant account. They have a hold period of 2-4 weeks to release funds that you have earned through sales. My question is, for my 2007 tax return, do I have to report sales I made in December as income, if I had the sales funds held up in a reserve with CCNow?

You definately should. If the billing should be provided during 2 weeks and you'r waiting more, than report on them.
