Can Paypal Legally Collect?

Yep, they can do what they want really, I've known many people that have had their accounts closed for silly reasons. I'd advise using a different system if you want to sell things.

They did the same to me, I extended to decide this in court and they allowed for me alone, did not even demonstrate up on my credit report and its been over a year. pay pal will take the monetary system side every time right or wrong

i have found paypal to be very unreliable at times. the policies of paypal india are pathetic
