open a ticket, submit the proof and let them do the rest. also let your credit card company know about this.

I agree and the customer should have tried to fix the dispute with you before placing a dispute. It is always best to have as much documentation as possible to present to help along the process.
Your credit card company should have policies in place to help you decide how to file a case.
