best way to takle paypal fraud

I have not had this problem but I have been trying to send an email to Paypal two or three times now about an account I have forgotten the password to to request a new password for the account and I get no reply whatsoever. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it??

paypal takes lot of time to reply mails many have complained about this problem. Sometimes they reply back after months.

Incidentally recently when i was on the paypal site the secured one they asked to update details so i double checked if it was a fraud site but couldn't find anything. Maybe they are also trying the update their records.

yeh i checked and it looks exactly same as paypal. i used FF and when the page opened i got a message warning about the site being forged and been reported. Now thats a nice thing that can prevent lot of people from getting fooled

I decided to just sign up for a new account because the technical support and help is non-existant. Make the password reset automatic and only send it to the original email account otherwise a human has to be involved but if the email has been sent accidentally and the link to change the password isn't clicked within 25 hours it stays the same.

I have reported this site to paypal the same day I found it.. and the funny thing is.. I got a response from them within 12 hours... thanking me for reporting this and thanking for having trust in them... etc... etc.. usually they take for ever to response to people.. hey I guess this has to do with their business eh.. they wanted the info so they responded..

hehe thats surprising that they replied back, but its good that they quickly responded and took the necessary actions

paypal is the best thing to use specially if you want to continue a online business .
