I usually get my free tutorial from good-tutorials.com. There are a lot of graphic design tut, using not only Photoshop, but other design programs as well.

Well, i learnt photoshop by downloading its tutorials from the internet so if you want its tutorials then just make a query on the Google and search for tutorials, you will surely get some very good tutorials with reference books too...

google is full of this

PSD-TUTS is best site where you learn daily new thing and learn daily tricks on photoshop.
