Usually simple logos are easy to remember since the elements used in the logo design are familiar. On the other hand logos with more elements could be quite confusing. When creating simple logos the focus should be try getting the effect with less elements.

yes its true but logo is that symbol whose every company wants its unique identity in face of logo. So logo designing is very complex for trademark company.

Well, the basic purpose of the logo designing is to represent the products and services of any company in a more appropraite manner, actually you can boost up the visitors to visit your website through the logo so its very imporatnt that the design of your logo should be relevant to the conetnt of the site and anyone can get a very clear idea abut your site by just looking at the design of the logo....

I think it takes more time to create a simple but catching logo which will suit ideally for the company and will present the company for a long time.
