There are many typography choices available that one can choose them to best convey the message.Choosing a right font is like setting the right tone, if the image speaks for the business the font sets the right tone.

this is absolutely true. that's why, in most written documents or materials (such as resumes, correspondences, memorandum, even emails, etc), you must be careful in choosing your fonts. you must be formal or business-like in your dealings, and not using the correct and proper font could lead to disinterest of the potential client/ customer.
