Well, we can optimize the image in the following thee ways, that we have to use the keyword at the following three places:

1) Title
2) Alt tag
3) name of the image

by placing the keyword at the above mentioned three places, we can say that we have now optimized an image....

To optimize video your title and description has to contain your main targeted keywords. Another important thing is proper tagging. Now you can go on and promote your video online just like you do with the rest of your content.
