Need good, legit site for downloading cell graphics, videos and ringtones.?

Most of these sites I'm finding during searches have sneaky practices that they try to sign you up for monthly services, extra fees, etc. I just want a legitimate, no hassle site to download some things for my cell phone. Perfectly willing to pay for the download, just not any hidden fees, contracts or plans.
Have tried my providers website and they just dont have enough of a selection. Anyone have any good websites? Thanks.
