    Default Can you beat a site with Sitelinks on Google search results?

    When Google shows a website in the number 1 spot for certain keywords with sitelinks shown underneath to other pages on the same site, is it possible another site can take over this number 1 place and have the sitelinks itself?

    Or once a site has sitelinks there is pretty much no way to take its place?

    Has anyone ever taken the number 1 place from a website with sitelinks?

    It is possible for other sites to beat others for the top spot in a keyword ranking.

    This happens as google's search criteria is continually evolving to find better websites for keywords that are more appropriate and applicable.
