I will always prefer to go with organic search results, rather than inorganic results. Because normally one would go with organic results when searching for a particular keyword or query.

But on the other hand, Google ad words also can bring you the desired traffic, so if you can afford to spend bugs on it you can go with it.

i think doing SEO for the site and getting traffic from keywords ranking in search engines is much better then buying traffic from Adwords as while doing SEO we target keywords in wide range (traffic from many keywords) but in Adwords it isn't like that.

Agreed, a solid SEO plan will always out weigh Adwords. Adwords is only good if you have a product that converts fairly well. It is really easy to dig a deep hole with your Adwords spending. You have to really keep an eye on it. With SEO and organic traffic, you don't have to at all.
