frank, keyword tracking is one of the vital parts of each search engines. If you really want to know more on this I have a lot of material for you to read. I have documented on this for the past year as I have to make a new search engine as part of my diploma project.

From what I have read so far I can tell you that I can make my own engine that will track keywords and its own crawler. But making it as good as google is very hard as they have many secrets that only google knows.

I just know when i leave my link,i will use the keyword to be the anchor,and i think if google crawl it and it would think this word is very important and it is about this link.

Google crawler simply counts every signals (backlinks) coming from other sites to your site/pages. The more quality there is from those signals the better. Also, crawler sorts out keywords used by those signals and what appears to be most used keyword (redundant) shall represent the signal receiver (web page).
