1) Fresh and unique Content

2) Regular Updates

3) Quality and relevant links which are pointing to your website.

You want to rank well in Google and that also within 15 days. Mate there is no such magic that you swing your hand and your desire fulfilled. This is a long procedure and main content of getting higher ranks is content and quality backlinks.

Just try to work this and you will be able to get. But 15 days are really less mate. You should tell us your keyword as well.
