PR 3 is far enough.. This must be the result of massive link building through directory and article submissions, forum posting and blog commenting.. Aiming for PR 4 means you need to take note of those relevant and quality sites now.. You may do link exchange and/or if you do have quality content, you can add those social buttons so when users would like to remember your page, they could easily do it by clicking those buttons and this will serve your page automatic backlinks..
