Can we trust Google?
I have tried using search engines other than Google, but Google always seems to give me the best results. One of the nice but scary things about Google is the search history. I can always go back and find what I searched for which is nice, but I worry a little about Google storing all this information on their servers.

What I'm mainly worried about is what would happen if Google got hacked such that anyone could see my search history, companies would pay a lot of money for search history related to specific users.

and if that happens, I am pretty sure, google will pause the spinning of this earth and make him suffer to the end of his life and once they are done with him/her they would resume the spinning of the earth...
I am pretty sure that won't happen, they got pretty tight security. and dedicated people working for them.

They have pretty good security, but every once ans a while something slips through (although it usually gets fixed pretty quickly). A little while ago there was a bug that let other site's get access to users gmail accounts if they were logged into gmail when the visited the site.

yeah that's true if they are hacked or give out personal info majority of its users wont like it.

Once a long time ago Google had a glitch with the search engine and it displayed two search engine bars on their page.
Can't remember where I put the image of it though.
