Different URL's (brand name variations), same Site: is this duplication??

Hi

I have noticed articles on Google penalizing your site for duplications - Q: is this practice of forwarding classed as duplication??

I purchased a number of domain name variations on our company name, , & these point to our main B2C site ; the landing page is the home page. (We plan to use some of these domain names for the B2B site at a later date when we are ready.)

I have now tried to set these domain names to forward to a specific page, so as not all pointing to the same page, but either I am doing something wrong, or it simply won't accept this on Easily.

Any advice out there?? I don't want to be penalized for my ignorance...
