Blocked site question

I believe that if a site is blocked by google it will not show up in google's search engine results in any form.

For the second answer I really am not sure but if had to have a stab at it would think that the quality of a site is a part of your ranking including for some engines how much you pay for a good listing and for google what the page rank is all plays a part.

I would suggest if you haven't already done so is to use meta tags in your pages to make it easier for Search engines to search and list your pages under the correct key search terms.

If you don't want a page listed in a search engine create a robots.txt file with the link in it. Put this in the main www directory for your site.
