you tube has this thing that shows five links of websites that show that video.
if I post a video an my blog and get my link on that page will it help my google rank?
and how can I be from the first five?
or do I not need to be from the first five, it's ok if I just post it?

Depends on a million little factors, but Google generally states that the effect incoming links have on your page rank is influenced by the amount of related content between the linked pages. So, if the content on the YouTube page is relevant to the content on your page, it may give you a boost.
