Google execs convicted in YouTube Italy case

An Italian court handed out guilty verdicts on Wednesday for three of four Google executives charged a case concerning a YouTube video posted of a teenager with Down Syndrome.

I think we shouldn't post such things as it's very private and it concrens only the child and the parents.

I absolutely agree with you Tan-Tan. Although Google is public but I guess they deserve some privacy.

i agree. i'm not very familiar with youtube, does it not have any privacy settings or anything that filters videos being watched?

Yes, they do have some filters in place.

i think it is a absolutely correct decision as some videos are not meant for public purpose
