google earth help?

Hi, how do i put info onto the google earth map?
I mean as you look on the map there are little blue i's where someone has put something to look at. how do i do this?

one thing to be aware of anything you upload to google pages is
automatically public, even if you dont link to it; it will be in the
automatic sitemap, which is then automatically submitted to Googles
crawlers, so the KML may well end up on the GeoWeb. Fine in most cases
but something to be aware off if only expecting to share with a few
choice friends.
