I absolutely agree on this one . Google is number one for me. So for my SEO needs I only use Google

for me the essence of SEO means,using SEO ip (Ip) update unique content,and klink back to other blog networks which ownes differs IP address

This actually is not true. There are plenty of sites with lousy content that rank very well. Google does not grade content it merely indexes what you have provided. Good content however will likely mean better business results..

On Page optimization
to get high PR = keywords placement, keyword strategy
to increase ranks= increase back links.. thus increase relevance
