You need content that is unique, well-written, and worth someone else's time to read or see. Determine your market niche, what makes you unique, your target audience, review how your competitors' approaches, then promote yourself heavily to that target. I've built three businesses like that in the last 15 years and haven't looked back.

I think you should create your site first of all. And then try to promote it as better as you can. Hire seo specialists or do it yourself. It will take some time, but the result will be very nice!
