If you look at the startup costs of brick and mortar type businesses vs online, there's usually no comparison. So right off the bat you're in the red, and go into knowing that it's going to take months to years to even break even. I've seen so many do this with restaurants(kitchen nightmares) by spending their life savings on a business they know nothing about. I'll never understand why, maybe the idea of owning a local business is more appealing than the realistic max potential it can produce. What do you guys think?
