    Hi

Thanks for sahring this nice information. Virtual relationships can start one of two ways--in chat rooms or through online dating sites. At least if they start through an online dating site, there's more of an element of safety. However, whether it's from a chat room or an online dating site, nobody really knows what another person's motives are.

    Thanks

That being said, the reason innocent flirtations online turn into virtual relationships is because people feel more uninhibited online. It's easier for them to make a "connection" (pardon the pun). It's fine if both parties involved are unmarried, but all too often one or both parties are married. Virtual relationships have lead to the destruction of many marriages. To that end, technology isn't such a good thing. Some people would argue that these marriages probably would have ended eventually anyway, but that may or may not be true.

    Thanks

More and more relationships are being developed online first. It's true for professional networking, as it is for dating. People are connecting with “the right” people online before they connect offline these days. The reason for this change is the evolution of first impressions, the amount of background information available to us with a click of the mouse, and the use of the web as a people filtering device. People have less time than they did a decade ago, and are much lazier, as well as bombarded with noise, from advertising, to social feeds. We don't want to waste our own time, and we do want to meet people who have mutual interests. That's why there are Ning networks, forums, Facebook fan pages (and groups), LinkedIn groups, and other special interest communities.

    Hi

A mechanism for rapidly developing presence in the global marketplace is through forming relationships with other organizations in different countries. These joint ventures or strategic alliances have a number of benefits that accrue to the various partners in the relationship. The difficulty is how to manage these relationships effectively across cultures and differing organizational/management philosophies. What is recommended is the development of a virtual management perspective and five different types of virtual relationships are examined.

    Thanks

    Hi

    Establish communication protocols

What we mean by this is, establish systems and protocols around how you and your Virtual employee will communicate with each other. This includes issues such as Frequency - daily, weekly or monthly;Method - Phone, skype, email, chat etc. If a Virtual Assistant knows how often to contact you and by what method, you will notice a sharp increase in their efficiency and their confidence in the way they communicate with you.

    Thanks

    Hi

There is a new trend rising up from the scary underworld of technology. What has long been reserved for the supreme losers of the nerd world and is now gaining more and more acceptance in the “real” world. What is this scary trend? It is something called a Virtual Relationship. A virtual relationship can be just like one in real life; the two people call each other their girlfriend or boyfriend, they can talk to each other and see each other, however there is one major catch, they have never met in person. A virtual relationship is taking the saying “Absence makes the heart grow fonder” to the extreme.

    Thanks
