Hello Friends
1)Personal freedom. If you're used to spending hours in traffic to and from work every day, some of the most exciting advantages to starting a home-based business are your new found freedom and the retrieval of lost time.
2)You get to keep the money you make. It’s a simple principle: the harder you work, the more money you can make. Your earning potential is directly proportional to your performance, so you don’t have to wait for a raise or a promotion. You work harder, and you produce more.
3)Increased opportunity. With so many corporations and industries in a slump, starting your own home-based enterprise means you can create your own income-producing opportunities.
4)Less risk. Running a business from home takes much less star tup cash than a freestanding business, or even a franchise location. And once your business is up and running, it's cheaper and easier to maintain than a separate business location.
Have a nice day
As for risk, it's the same everywhere. All the rest I agree.
well i agree on these.! my comment on these home based businesses is that, its very convenient.!
You get to keep the money you make. It’s a simple principle: the harder you work, the more money you can make. Your earning potential is directly proportional to your performance, so you don’t have to wait for a raise or a promotion. You work harder, and you produce more. You'll also save money on gas and food. Preparing lunch at home is more cost efficient and offers a nice break in your workday.
Hi
You get to keep the money you make. It’s a simple principle: the harder you work, the more money you can make. Your earning potential is directly proportional to your performance, so you don’t have to wait for a raise or a promotion. You work harder, and you produce more. You'll also save money on gas and food. Preparing lunch at home is more cost efficient and offers a nice break in your workday.
Increased opportunity. With so many corporations and industries in a slump, starting your own home-based enterprise means you can create your own income-producing opportunities. Good job prospects can be scarce in some industries, and promotional opportunities within major companies are also shrinking.
Less risk. Running a business from home takes much less startup cash than a freestanding business, or even a franchise location. And once your business is up and running, it's cheaper and easier to maintain than a separate business location.
Thanks
I am totally agree with you,and i m getting total advantages of my home based work..
1) You are the Boss: How many people endure a boss that undervalues their contribution to the organization? Or one who takes credit for their hard work. More than you might think! Entrepreneurs who own a business enjoy boss status. Now, they take the credit win, lose, or draw.
2) A Very Flexible Work Schedule: That's right! Suppose the business owner's spouse works the late shift; the business owner would rather be home during daytime to take care of the children. And would prefer not placing the children into day care.
3) No Long Commute: Many workers might spend anywhere from 1 hour and up commuting to work each day. Talk about commuting stress. These workers are tired before the workday even starts. Those who are self employed are glad to say goodbye to the long commute. Their longest commute might be a short walk down the hall to their home office.
4) Goodbye Office Politics: Many have experienced the effects of office politics and how it narrows their career choices; with co-workers positioning themselves with power figures to move up in the organization. Say goodbye to office politics!
Thanks
Hi
Working from home offers numerous advantages, which include zero commuting time or transportation costs, optimum time management and flexibility, the ability to stay home with young children, a variety of tax benefits and, of course, the convenience of being able to earn a living without leaving the comfort of home. Many home based businesses can be operated on either a full or part time basis. Even if you are currently employed it is completely feasible to operate a home based business on a part time basis for extra income, and then convert it to full time as it grows.
Home based businesses are typically relatively easy and inexpensive to start, making the goal of owning a business attainable for anyone with a good idea and a little know-how. Because of the low overhead involved with operating a business from home, risk is minimized and profitability can be realized far more quickly than in businesses of other forms.
Thanks
I love the idea of a home-based business as long as it is feasible. Whenever something is posted like this, I like to see the other side as well so a well-informed decision can be made concerning a business.
Now for the disadvantages:
(1)Credibility - If you own a services business, clients may not feel like they are dealing with a credible business if there is not a brick and mortar location. Silly, I know, but reality all the same.
(2)Location, location, location - Sometimes just being in a good location can be great marketing for your company. A large sign in front of your office or store in the right location can as much as double your income.
(3)Quick Expansion - If your company takes off much faster than you had planned, hiring someone immediately is a little easier when you have a place for them. Most employees would not feel comfortable working in someone's home.
(4)Time Allocation - Many business owners find it hard to divide the time between work and leisure when their business is in their home. Many work through the evening and into the night just because they are near their work.
Going home can stop the work and MAKE you focus on yourself and family.
I'm not sure what to call what I do from home. I mainly am an online writer. These are some great reasons to work from home. I personally love it and have never been happier!!
Best of luck to all of you
