New Business Banking Model

There is a new business banking model that is taking the country by storm - Remote Deposit Capture (RDC).

Anyone interested in a new business should consider all available streamlining aspects including banking. Most everyone is well aware that a separate business banking account is a necessary feature of "going into business". However, how it is operated and how it is interacted with has new choices. Any business today - repeat Any Business today - can incorporate and use a new Federal Act called Check 21 Act in their business. It allows a business to receive paper checks with or without statement stubs and scan those checks electronically and deposit them electronically into any bank of their choice. Funds are cleared and put directly into your account much faster than by ordinary paper check bank deposits.

Many banks will tell you (maybe yours too) that this "can't be done" or "there will be a BIG fee to convert to it" - Nonsense - Talk to them confidently quoting the new Act (usually they will back down) -or- go to their competitor who will gladly allow it for your new business.

Deposits submitted this way are processed when you want them be and the funds are automatically deposited into your bank account MUCH..MUCH faster than ordinary paper (timely trip to the bank) deposits.
